DESIROUS of conveying that Branch of the River between Argyle and Hutchinson’s Islands into the River Savannah, the Commiflioners of Pilotage offer ta con trad! with any person or persons capable of ompleting the lame; for which purpose they, will receive proposals ’ for four months.
