Ay Ask for The Brokers Who Care
If you are thinking about purchasing a home, don’t wait until the
inclining interest rate forces you to rent, Last week, the interest rate
on a VA or FHA mortgage at a thirty-year fixed rate was under 9 1/2%.
The economists predict that we should see a steady increase in
interest rates; forcing many young families out of the affordable
housing market.
The current real estate market in the Augusta and Martinez areas
offers hundreds of homes for sale, many of which are below market
value. There are bank foreclosures as well as foreclosed property owned
by the federal government.
If you decide to wait until later in the year, you could be waiting for
a much longer period of time. It may take a lifetime before we see the
interest rate declining. No one can predict when we will see an interest
rate under 10% again. We do know that today the interest rate on a
house will probably be under 10%, which is pretty good, but what will
it be tomorrow? Buy now, don’t wait until tomorrow.
If you are considering purchasing a home and would like more
information on interest rates, call Tips Realty Company, 790-3490, and
ask for the BROKERS WHO CARE, GENE MAYBERRY OR LOUISE
COE.
