tain Park requires a $5 daily or
S2O annual parking permit.
Adult admission into Antebel
lum Jubilee is $3; children ages
3-11 enter the festival for $2.

well-known jazz performers from
the Georgia-Carolina area. Un

Volkmann, the AJP Big Band
repertoire includes jazz stan
dards from the early 1900 s to the
present, as well as original com

Jenkins County Middle School

northwest of Augusta, Mistletoe
is hosting its third annual Par
ent-Child Bank Fishing Tour
nament on Saturday, April 8.
From 6 a.m. until 5 p.m., par
ents can teach their kids the ba
sics of baiting a hook, reeling in
the catch and good sportsman
ship. Mistletoe State Park’s fish
ing tournament is free and does
not require preregistration. A $2
parkpass fee will be charged for
