ATLANTA
This is it! You have one last

From now until midnight, Oct.

Georgians who have a story to
tell about their contributions, or
the contributions to their com

When it is completed next
spring, the 15-foot mural, locat

says Donna Browning, Olympics

Congratulations to the associates of Publix for being
honored with the United Way of America Summit Award.
Recently the associates of Publix were honored by being presented with the
prestigious Summit Award given by the United Way of America for the Best
Company-Wide Employee campaign. This award celebrates caring people
who have taken significant steps in an effort to help the United Way. People
who take time to care for others, be a friend, and help those in need. Publix
would like to take this opportunity to thank our associates for their hard
work and congratulate them for being recognized with this prestigious
" award. It is very nice to be acknowledged, but we know our associates feel
that the real honor comes from knowing that their efforts have made a real
difference. A difference that is felt every day by people in our very own
communities who receive help from the United Way. Helping people in our
local communities is an important part of our Publix mission and having
associates who make such an effort says a lot about the kind of people they
are. Congratulations Publix associates, “Its Been A Real Honor.”
