Paine College interational efforts continue

pated and presented at the 1996
International Congress on Chal
lenges to Education in Aruba on
July 9-13. Dr. Shaw also served
as a facilitator in addition to the
presentation, “Alternative
Teacher Certification: A Com
mon-Sense Approach.” The
theme of the conference was,
“Balancing Unity and Diversity
in a Changing World.”
