heavyweight champion, he will
be fighting professionally in the
United States for the first time in
three years. The 29-year-old slug

knockout, the most recent being a
victory over Vincenzo Cantatore
on Oct. 18, 1997, to retain his
title.
Leading off the card is a 10-
round bout between two rising
contenders looking to shake up
the heavyweight division. hard
hitting New Zealander David Tua
(31-1, 26 KOs), ranked #5 in the
world, steps into the ring with
Baltimore’s undefeated Hasim
Rahman (29-0, 24 KOs), ranked
#3 in the world.
