Father’s Day church service on Sunday, June 20. A father/son joint
sermon will be held at 10:40 a.m. at the church at 1223 Laney-Walker
Blvd. Speakers will be Tabernacle’s pastor, Rev. Otis Moss 111 and his
father, the Rev. Dr. Otis Moss Jr., pastor of Olivett Institutional Baptist
Church of Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Moss Jr. was voted as one of the top 10
black ministers in the United States.

in the city of Augusta and the
State of Georgia, he maintains
membership apparatus with the
Joint Panning Committee (JTPA)
of the CSRA Employment and
Training Consortium, and the
Executive Board of the Augusta
Branch NAACP. He is former
president of the Augusta Baptist
Ministers Conference, and was
elected President of AIM the As
sociation of Interdenominational
Ministers of Augusta.
Rev. Martin officiates as Director
of the Pastors/Ministers Division
of the State Congress of Chris,
tian Education of the General
Missionary Baptist Convention
of Georgia and serves on the
Executive Board ofthe State Con
vention. He is, also, the coordi
nator of the convention task force
on Ministerial Training. He con
ducts workshops seminars and
revivals throughout the state of
Georgia.
