Local Census Office Manager - Demonstrated experience
planning, managing operations and maintaining good public
relations with the news media, community leaders, and local
government officials in order to promote community coopera
tion, recruiting, testing and appointing employees, payroll ad
ministration, cost control; reporting progress, terminating per
sonnel; and closing the office. Pay rate: $21.25. 8
Assistant Manager for Field Operations - Dem®fistrated
experience supervising or managing large work assignments
and priorities, conducting individual and group training ses
sions; monitoring progress; completing work assignments; ana
lyzing progress of operations using computerized summaries of
operations, and taking corrective action. Pay rate: $16.75.
Assistant Manager for Recruiting - Demonstrated experi
ence supervising or managing recruitment which includes test
ing and selecting applicants, and maintaining public relations

Automation Technician - Demonstrated experience perform
ing troubleshooting duties by identifying software problems in a
Windows 95 environment, solving the problems or communicat

includes experience or education which has provided a working
knowledge of Windows 95, PC operating systems technical
terms, software such as database, spreadsheet, and word pro
cessing packages, and inter-office local area networking. Pay
rate: $12.50.

Our facility is seeking qualified candidates
for the following positions.
MICROCOMPUTER SOFTWARE PROGRAMMER - is an
active member of the Information Technology (IT) group
working to meet business information requirements for the
Monsanto Augusta Site. This person is responsible for inte
grated data processing systems through project planning,
systems analysis, program development and implementation.
This includes studying information needs for current and
planned management functions, analyzing sources of required
data and methods for obtaining it within financial and time
constraints. The Microcomputer Software Programmer will
construct, document, and present formal written and oral
reports of findings, including alternative systems for making
desired information available.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree (4-year program) in Com
puter Science, Computer Engineering, or related computer
degree required. A minizaum of 4 years experience in the
following areas: client/server application software support
(custom and vendor developed), advanced system design and
analysis techniques, relational database design, and project
planning and management. Good oral and communication
skills are required. At least two years experience in a Window
NT 4.0 environment with MS Exchange Server, Visual Basic,
MS Access, and HTML. Additional experience with Sybase,
DBase, and Delphi preferred.
QUALITY RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR - is a resource
in providing quality related information and data to internal
customers. Maintains ISO documentation including ISO
Master List. Maintains batch records accountability system.
Inputs data from batch records into spreadsheets for process
trending needs. Provides administrative support for Quality
Resources department as needed.
Requirements: High School diploma required. Minimum of
three to five years experience in food or manufacturing indus
try preferred. Excellent organizational and communication
skills. Computer Skills: (Word, Excel, Win9s, SQCPACK).
MAINTENANCE GROUP LEADER - The incumbent will be
responsible for coordinating activities that provide critical
support services to Dairy manufacturing. This includes: Dairy
core maintenance (Mechanical and I&E) and process control
systems including PLCs and DCS systems. The person will be
the primary contact with Dairy specific outside contractors.
The position is primarily the liaison with Site Services on cross
site maintenance activities.
Requirements: Degree in applicable Engineering field (M.E.,
CH.E.). Five years in a manufacturing facility. Demonstrated
knowledge in maintenance and controls. Project management
skills specifically; experience on large capital projects, leader
ship skills working with cross functional groups.
TECH. SERVICES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - This
position will provide administrative, computer processing and
word processing support to the Tech. Services department and
will report to the department manager. This position will have
responsibility for maintaining site reference material and files;
prepare and publish procedures and documents; prepare
materials, charts, and graphs for presentations.
Requirements: High School diploma required. Associate
degree in Secretarial Science desirable. Proficient in Microsoft
Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Desired knowledge of
Documentum, LIMS, SAP, Visio, and Microsoft Project. Five
years experience in a support role required with excellent
organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

This has been reiterated continuously through
out Council’s needs assessment activities and
three-year plan development. Therefore, Coun
cil is interested in sharing information and
making it more accessible to people with devel
opmental disabilities through a quarterly peri
. odical newsletter, with limited distribution. This
would allow individuals to become knowledge
able of Council activities, current events, re
sources and options that will result in better
informed decision-making. Additionally, infor
mation will mobilize people with developmental
disabilities into action — actions that enhance
the voice of the disability community through
shared knowledge, increased networking and
stronger advocacy.
Funding: $30,000 for one year only
