Woman If You Dare, Inc. presents “59 Ways On How
Tolmprove Your Marriage” based on the book “Women
If You Dare” by K.P. Hobbs. The Seminar Workshop
withtheauthorisscheduled for July 30, 1999 at Augusta’s
Historic Partridge Inn Hotel, 2110 Walton Way in Au
gusta, Georgia. Session times are from 11:00 am -1:00

Cradle Club offers
classes in childbirth
_ The Columbia Augusta Medical Center willbeholding a
Prepared Childbirth Class on Tuesday evenings beginning
August 3, 1999, from 7:00-9:30p.m.. This class covers the
Isligns, symptoms and stages of labor. It also provides
information on Cesarean births, post partum care, as well
asrelaxation and breathing techniques. This is a six week
class. Pre-registration is required. >
This event will be held at the Cradle Club Classroom,
Suite 210, Columbia Augusta Professional Building, 3624
J.Dewey Gray Circle, Augusta, GA. For additional

The CAMC will also be holding a Saturday Express Pre
pared Childbirth Class on Saturday, August 7, 1999, from
9:30a.m-5:30p.m.. This one day class covers the signs, symp
toms and stages of labor as well as a review of epidurals.
During this class you will learn breathing techniques to help
yopfiomtheonsetofhbormfilmtdepidural. Lunch

four of its health programs this
month.

Nursing prougrams are schedule for
Monday, July 26, at 5 p.m. They
will be held in Room 904, located in
the Student Activities Center. In
