The Option Secret: |
Limited Risks, Unlimited Rewards!
By James Hart
NNPA
Basically, there aretwo kinds of
options: calls and puts. A call or
put option gives you the right,
without the obligation, to pur
chase the underlyingitem (e.g., a
stock) at a specified price (a.k.a.
the strike price), any time before
the expiration date.
The price of the option is called
apremium. Yourrisks arelimited
to what you pay for the premium,
yet the amount of money your can
earn is unlimited. Therefore,
whenever you believe astock price
is going higher, you may opt to
buy a call option. Conversely, if
you thinkthe priceisheaded lower,

buy a put option, it’s that simple.
A Case Study
Although ABC stockis currently
trading at $45 a share, you have
reason to believeit will soon trade
at SSO and so you purchase 100
shares for $4,500. Threedayslater,
the stock soars to SSO. You imme
diately sell all 100 shares for a
SSOO profit. Youdid good! But, you
can do even better.
Here’s how:
Again, let’s say that ABC stock
is trading at $45 a share. Never
theless, this time you puck=up a
calloption at 2% pointsto 5 points
depending on market volatility
and time left on the option), you
may promptly arch one eyebrow,
sell all 10 options for a cool SSOO a
piece and bank a $2,500 cash de
posit. You can continuously make
money like thisin minutes, hours,
days, or a few weeks.
Take a look at a few recent
trades:
- Intel calls, made a 79.3 percent
profit in eight days. Oex
calls...soared 89.2 percent in 11
days. Wal-Mart calls...realized a
serious 195 percent profit in only
29 days. Pzfizer calls...earned a
201 percent profit in just 19 days.
Indeed, many hot stocks move 10
percent to 25 percent or more in just
days on aregular basis. And trading
putand call options areideal waysto
make megatons of money. :
In summation, or options com
plicated? No. Everyday people are
having ice cream cones full of fun,
tradingoptions. However, be smart.
Tosuccessfully trade options takes
knowledge, focus and practice. So
consider findingafinancial advisor
(whileyou gain more expertiseand
confidence) who shares your pas
sion and commitment for making
big money. Moreover, remember
these three tips:
*You can find bargains on put
and call options for as little as
$12.50.
*You can make money trading
options whether the stock market
skyrockets or takes a gigantic
plunge.
eYour risks are limited to what
you pay for the option. Yet, the
profit potential is unlimited!
