Play,” January 31 and Febru

'Grover Maxwell Performing
Arts Theatre. The Thursday

Davidson hosts first African
American dance tribute Feb. 1
Davidson Fine Arts will
present “Visual Rhythms of
African Americans” on Fri
day, February 1, 2002, in
the school’s Beverly J.
Barnhart Theatre. This is
an evening of dance pre
sented by the Davidson Fine
Arts Dance Department with
special guest CutnoDance
Centre for Dance Education.
The department will hold
a daytime show for the
schoolsin the area, at 10:30
a.m. Several schools in the
CSRA have already booked
their tickets for this show.
This is sure to be an enter
tainingaswell aseducational
event for the students in
this area.
The public performance
will be held at 7 p.m. The
cost is $5 for the public. The
