®Years in the Ministry:
Dr. Mitchell has been in the ministry for more than 20
years serving in various leadership capacities. He has
developed an in-depth knowledge of the word of God,
sound maturity in the flow of the spirit, and exceptional
teacher skills. He has pastored Restoration Ministries
International Mission Outreach in Heidelberg, Germany
from 1994 - 1996. Dr. Mitchell has been pastoring in
Augusta since beginning Restoration Ministries in 1997.

Dr. Mitchell holds a Doctorate degree in Ministry, Mas
tersof Arts degreein Human Resources Development and
Management, Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies,
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
and an Associate of Science degree in Education.
v Components of Ministry:
Besides being the Senior Pastor and founder of Restora
tion Ministries International Christian Fellowship, Dr.
Mitchell’s ministry consists of two weekly services: Sun
day morning worship and a weekly 1/2 hour television
broadcast and a daily 1/2 hour television broadcast while
functioning out of an elementary school. He also has
ministry departments which support the needs of the
entire family such as: nursery, children, youth, teens,
singles, seniors, married couples, men and women fellow
ships, prison outreach and many other ministries.

Dr. Mitchell’s mission through Restoration Ministries
International is to teach the anointed word of God with
simplicity and with the understanding of purpose and
destiny to alost and dying world thaj will restorethem to
right standing with God in every area of life. To bridge the
gap from nation to nation and people to people, doing
much permanent damage to the kingdom of darkness as
we renew their minds, transforming them from the world
and conforming them to the image of Christ until they
discover and fulfill their destiny in lifein the local area and
around the world.
