degree in education, Dr. Tho
mas has worked as an elemen
tary and high school teacher
and as a football and track
coach. He received hisM.S. in
Educational Administration
from Miami University, Ohio
and his Ed.D. in Educational
Administration from the Uni

will lead the seminar. A 20-
year veteran of the image con

developed the approach to en

ered individuals and corporate
members with the proven skills
that result in success.
