j "The maximum of luxury in the minimum of space” might well be
1 the slogan of “The Elon," a pleasant, brown-shining home with light
trimmings.
For “The Elon” seems to put into practice the belief that the man
and woman of moderate means is deserving of all sorts of luxuries—
spacious rooms that give a sense of peace, ample storage space and a
living room ae once noticeably long and well-planned.
Built-in book-cases from the fireplace to the end of the living room
insures a cozy reading corner impregnable to outside disturbances.
Each of the three bed-rooms has a luxury all its own—a private
dressing room, And opening off each dressing room is a roomy closet.
which takes care of keeping clothes put away.
A double linen closet, spacious bath, a breakfast nook |downstairs
and two very attractive porches al pnhance “The i’s” appeal.
