ORANGE BREAD PUDDING
1 cup soft bread crumb*, 1-4' cup
p '"* 3 tahlegpoon milk, 3 egg yolk
'beaten! 1-3 cup augar, 1-3 cup
or ange Juice, 1-4 cup seedless r*la
ins. 3 egg white* (sillily beaten!
Soak bread crumb* in the milk
rub through a coarse sieve into a
medium-sired mixing bowl Add
the egg yolks and augar and mix
well Add the orange Juice and
raisin* and mix again Fold the
stiffly beaten egg whites into the
pudding. Turn into 4 custard cup*
Set cups in a pan of hot water and
bake in a moderate (350 Fi oven
for about, an hour or until set.
Chill before serving
