project have been predetermin

completed within 580 calendar

executed, written notice shall be
given the Contractor, at which
time, and not before, work may

State Highway Department, as

create liability, expressed or
implied, against the undersign

The minimum wage to be paid
under this contract shall be the

labor, methods of construction,
subletting or assigning the con
