KNIFEPOINT BANK BANDIT—Charlotte Harriet Boggs, 33,

side a bar in Jacksonville, Fla., across the street from th.
bank she had Just robbed of $1,280. She had to leave her

MEDAL 22 YEARS LATE-Kenneth H. Dahlberg of Wayzata,
Minn., seems to get a big kick out of receiving the Dis
tinguished Service Cross from his old friend, Vice President
Hubert Humphrey, in Washington. The medal comes 22
years late. Dahlberg, 50, was a prisoner in Germany when
the cross was awarded, for heroism with the 353rd Fighter
Squadron. Nobody told him. An Air Force historian hap
pened upon the record recently. Looking on are daughter
Nancy and Mrs. Dahlberg.
