cure debt in ravor of Morris
Rohm in the amount of Three
Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-two
and 71-100 *beed ($3,662.71) Dollars,
shown in Beek 246, page
656, of the Spalding Superior
Court records, to the following
described property, to-wit:
TRACT I: All that lot, tract,
or parcel of land situate, lying
and being in the City of Griffin,
Spalding County, Georgia, which
is specifically shown and desig
nated as Lot 8 in Block “B” on a
plat of survey of the Subdivision
of Cliff Goolsby, dated Novem
ber 16, 1939, as made by N. S.
Westbrook, C. E., a copy of said
plat of survey being recorded in
Plat Book 3, page 69, of the Su
perior Court records of Spald
ing County, Georgia, and which
plat of survey by reference is
expressly incorporated herein
and made a part of this descrip
tion. Said properly rronts 40
feet on Clifton Drive and may
be more specifically described by
making reference to the afore
said plat of survey as follows:
Beginning at a point as marked
by an iron stake on the Easter
ly property line of Clifton Drive,
said beginning point being South

the intersection of the aforesaid

of 280 feet as measured along
said Easterly property line of

said Morris Rohm elects that

due at once.

the original terms of said deed
to secure debt and the laws in
such cases made and provided,
the said Morris Rohm will ex
pose for sale to the highest bid
der and best bidder for cash the
above described preporty, after
proper advertisement on the first
Tuesday in April, 1967, between
the legal hours of sale before
the courthouse door in Griffin,
Spalding County, Georgia. The
proceeds from said sale will be
used first to the payment of said
note, prinicpal, interest, attor
ney’s fees and expenses, and the
balance, if any, delieverd to the
said Jesse E. Smlkes.

them with branches operating
in hotels, have seen their income
