amendments of the resolution
known as the “Spalding County
Zoning and Building Regula
tions” have been submitted to
and reviewed by the Spalding
County Planning Commission
and recommended by said Com
mission for adoption; and this
notice is given before consider
ation of the enactment of such
amendments to said resolution,
including the amendment of the
Official Zoning Map of Spald
ing County, Georgia, that a
public hearing of said matter
shall be held at 2:00 o'clock p.m.
on April 7, 1967, at the office of
the Commissioners of Roads and
Revenues of Spalding County In
the Spalding County Courthouse
at Griffin, Georgia, at which
time and place all objections, If
any, to the adoption or enact
ment of such proposed amend
ments shall be made.
The first amendment proposed
for consideration is to amend
Section 5-B-l of Article Two of
said resolution so that It sahll
read, when so amended, as fol
lows:
