business of plating metal prod
ucts and metal work of all
kinds; to buy and sell at retail
and wholesale, acting on its own
behalf and as agent for other
metal furniture, wood furniture,
metal and and wood products,
and any and all items, articles
and supplies, generally used and
vendible in the furniture trade;
further, to engage in the opera
tion of motion picture theaters;
to present, for a consideration,
theatrical, scenic and dramatic
representations both by photo
play and by the presentation of
such representations by living
persons; to produce and pre
sent, acting on behalf of Its self,
as prinicpal, or as agent for
others, theatrical preformances
and exhibitions; to buy, sedl,
rent and lease both real and
personal property for the pur
pose of carraying on the activi
ties hereinabove enumerated,
and to have all the rights and
powers generally granted to
like corporations by the laws of
the state of Georgia.
The maximum number of
shares of stock with par value
shall be one thousand shares
with a par value of SIOO.OO per
share. However, the amount of
stock with which the
corporation shall begin business
shall be not less than $5,000.00.
The corporation shall be author
ized to issue additional shares
up to the maximum sum above
stated, and thereafter, from
time to time, to reduce the
amount of capital outstanding,
but not below the minimum
above stated, and all this upon
a majority vote of the board of
directors. All stock shall be
common stock.
The time for which the cor
poration is to have existence is
thirty-five (35) years, with the
privilege of renewal of the
charter, from time to time, upon
the expiration of the periods of
thirty-five years.
The county in which the prin-
cipal office of the corporation is
to be located is Spalding Coun
ty, Georgia, but the privilege is
desired of establishing branch
offices and places of business
elsewhere, both within and
without the State of Georgia.

dress of each of the applicants
for the charter are as follows;

Petitioners further desire that
by-laws of the corporation shall
be adopted by the common stock
holders, and such by-laws shall
provide for the officers of the
corporation, the manner of
their selection, and such other
rules appropriate to by-laws
which have as their purpose
the control and management of
the corporation, including pro
visions by which by-laws may
be amended.
Petitioners exhibit herewith a
certieficate from the Secretary
of the State of Georgia, as re
quired by Section 22-1803, Geor
gia Code Annotated. (Acts 1937-
38, Ex. Sess., pp. 216, 217, 1965,
pp. 278, 299)
Wherefore, Petitioners Pray:
To be incorporated under the
name and style aforesaid with
all of the rights, powers, privi
leges, and immunities herein
set forth, and such other rights,
powers, and privileges as may
be necessary, proper or incident
to the conduct of the business

porations under the laws of the
State of Georgia, as they now

preesnted to me, and read and

that said petition is within the
purview and intention of the
laws of this State applicable
thereto, and it further appear
ing that all of said laws have
been fully complied with.
