Finally.
Now you can do what you nevsr did before in a
Volkswagen:
Nothing.
Yup. We've gone and put a fully-automatic
transmission in a Volkswagen.
In fact, we put it in two Volkswagens (as an
option). The Fastback. And Squareback.
So now you can drive anywhere in a VW with
out having to shift for yourself.
Just put the lever in 3. (What everyone else
calls DRIVE.) And drive. Like you would any regular
car.
Except with our automatic, you’ll have to do
one thing you don’t do with someone else's auto
matic:
Stay away from gas stations more often.
Because you'll need gas less often. One gallon
takes you not 10 miles. Or 15.
But 25miles.
So now you can do what you always did before
in a Volkswagen:
Save money. Automatically.

Starts Sunday
Beginning Sunday, Dec. 1, pa
tients may be visited at the Grif
fin-Spalding County Hospital dur
ing the morning, afternoon and
evening hours.
Morning hours will be from
11 a.m. till 12 noon. Afternoon
hours will be from 2 till 4 p.m.
and evening hours from 7 till
8:30.
These hours should be more
convenient for visitors, but it
should not work a hardship on
patients, a hospital spokesman
said.
In order to allow more visiting
privileges, it will be necessary
for all visitors to receive a visi
