portions of Old Mt. Zion Road
which lie North of New Georgia
Highway 16 in Land Lot 79 of
the Second Land District of
originally Monroe, now Spald
ing County, Georgia, which por
tions of Old Mt. Zion Road are
more particularly described ac
cording to the plat by Griffin
Engineering & Manufacturing
Company entitled “Property of
Shoal Creek Development Com
pany," dated February 23, 1969,
copy of which is recorded in
Plat Book 8, Page 44, of the rec
ords of the Clerk of the Superi
or Court of Spalding County,
Georgia, and which is by refer
ence Incorporated in and made
a part of this description.
This application was consid
ered by the Board of Commis
sioners at its regular January
meeting held on Tuesday, Jan
uary 6, 1970. This notice, there
fore is to notify all persons hav
ing any objections to the closing
of such road to make such ob
jections in writing or in person
to the Board of Commissioners
on or before February 9, 1970,
else the discontinuance of such
road will be formally authorized
if no good cause is shown to the
contrary.

deed executed by Rozenla Banks
to Allied Contractors, dated Oct
ober 29th, 1964, recroded in Deed
Book 238, Pages 173-175, Spald
ing County Records, subsequent
ly transferred to Mutual Invest
ment Company, Deed Book 238,
Page 176, and by virtue of a
default in the payment of the
debt mentioned in said deed.
Mutual Investment Company, as
transferee and assignee of Allied
Contractors, and as attorney in
fact for Rozenia Banks, will sell
before the Courthouse door in
Spalding County, Georgia, with
in the legal hours of sale, for
cash, to the highest bidder, on
the First Tuesday in February,
1970, and subject to all taxes,
assessments, easements and re
strictions, the following describ
ed property, to wit:

land lying and being in Land Lot

inally Henry, now Spalding Cou

Subdivision according to revised
plat made by N. S. Westbrook,
C. E., dated April 20, 1955, said
plat recorded in Plat Book 5,
page 63, Superior Court Clerk’s
Records for Spalding County,

fronts sixty-three (63) feet on
south side of Ella Street and
runs back one hundred twenty
five and 55- 100 (125.55) feet to
a rear width of seventy-six (76)
feet. This is the same property

authority to allow her to live in
a low-cost housing project with
a man who is not her husband.
Mrs. Dolores Mana Aquirre,.
28, who has two children, said
in the petition filed Monday she
was given an eviction notice
because she wanted David
William La Haie to move in
with her.
City housing regulations say
unmarried persons of the i
opposite sex cannot have joint |
tenancy. It classified La Haie ,
as an “unauthorized person.”
Mrs. Aquirre said her social
worker agreed to the arrange
ment because she thought it
would help the stability of the |
family. She reduced Mrs. i
Aquirre’s welfare check to
reflect La Haie’s income, the '
petition said.
