Atlanta In Angry Stalemate By TOM GREENE ATLANTA (UPI)—A shouting match between Mayor Sam Massell and a national union leader sent Atlanta’s municipal workers’ strike into its third week today in a state of angry stalemate. The confrontation between Massell and Jerry Wurf, inter national president of the Ameri can Federation of State, County and Municipal Employes (AFL CIO), overshadowed a $5 a week “bonus” for workers granted by the Board of Aider men.
