still smashed
SUMMERVILLE, Ga. (UPI)
—Law officers said they
smashed two whisky stills with
a combined capacity of 1,600

Sheriff Gary McConnell said
Charles Walters, who lived in a
house trailer in front of the
stills, was charged with possess

Walters was released on bond

mother, Mrs. Roda Tucker, scream after she was grabbed
by one of the three men. He was shot in the chest as he
moved to her aid.
Officers said the men were believed to have robbed
another grocery store west of town earlier Monday.
