Auto Mechanics
This one-year program includes classroom instruction in
disassembly and re-assembly of various types of fuel pumps,
carburetors, generators, starters, ignition systems, engines,
front ends, transmissions, and brake systems. Advanced
units include the detection of faulty operation and the
restoration to proper operating condition. Theory and
thorough understanding of the scientific principles of the
internal combustion engine are an important part of the
studies. Related subjects such as math, drafting, and physics
help the student prepare himself for related jobs in the field.

Computer Programming—This six
quarter course has been created to provide
high-level training in the planning, coding,
design, and programming of systems for
data processing. The student uses a data
transmission terminal connected to a
computer in another location to gain
experience in programming. Heavy study
into different systems of business data
processing is made using various
languages used in computer
programming.

Auto Body And Fender
Auto Body and Fender Repair is a one-year course. The
course consists of specialised learning experiences con
cerned with all phases of the repair of damaged bodies and
fenders including metal straightening by hammering,
smoothing areas by filing, grinding or sanding concealment
of imperfectons, painting and replacement of body com
ponents Including trim.
