Kroger plans
being redrawn
Construction on the Kroger
center on the North Express
way in Griffin has been delayed
while plans for it are re-drawn.
Original concept was for a
family center similar to one in
Albany, Ga., but a smaller
project is being considered now.
Tentatively, it would consist of
a super market and a chain
drug store.
In the meantime Kroger con
tinues to operate its super
market in Griffin at College and
Hill streets.
