On April 1, 1971, Jeraldine
Taylor executed a deed to
secure debt in favor of Arthur
Forrer, in the amount of
$13,500.00, as shown in Deed
Book 294, page 396, of the
Spalding Superior Court
records, which property is more
particularly described as
follows:
All that lot, tract or parcel of
land situate, lying and being in
the City of Griffin, Georgia, and
more particularly described as
follows:
One lot fronting on the South
side of Johnson Street a
distance of Sixty (60) feet and
extending back South, of even
width, One Hundred Five (105)
feet, said lot being bounded as
follows: North by Johnson
Street; East by property
formerly owned by Mrs. W. L.
Hubbard; and South by
property now or formerly
belonging to Florence Bunn;
and West by property now or
formerly owned by Storman
Glass, Jr.
Located on the above described
property is one four room
frame dwelling known as 822
Johnson Street, according to the
present plan of numbering in
the City of Griffin.
The note executed at the time
of the deed to secure debt is now
in default , and Arthur Forrer
elects that said not, wjth
principal and interest, become
due and payable at once.
NOW, THEREFORE,
according to the original terms
of said deed to secure debt and
the laws in such cases made and
provided, the said Arthur
Forrer will expose for sale to
the highest bidder and best
bidder for cash, the above
dwscribed property, after
proper advertisement, on the
first Tuesday in December,
1973, between the legal hours of
sale, before the courthouse
door in Griffin, Spalding
County, Georgia. The proceeds
