charges collect, as soon as
possible. The full amount of
deposit for two sets will be
refunded to each General
Contractor who submits a bona
fide bid upon return of such sets
in good condition within 10 days
after date of opening of bids. All
other deposits for complete sets
will be refunded with
deductions approximately cost
of reproduction of documents
upon return of same in good
condition within 30 days after
date of opening of bids.
Otherwise, the entire deposit
may be retained by the
Architect. Vendors or
subcontractors may obtain
partial sets of actual cost of
reproduction without refund.
3. Contract, if awarded, will be
a lump sum basis. No bid may
be withdrawn for a period of 30
days after the time and date of
opening. Bids must be
accompanied by a bid bond in
an amount not less than 5
percent of the base bid. Both a
performance and a payment
bond will be required in an
amount equal to 100 percent of
the contract price.
4. The Owner reserves the right
to reject any or all bids and to
waive technicalities and
formalities.
