Notice is hereby given that
pursuant to the power of sale
contained in the Deed To Secure
Debt With Power of Sale
executed and delivered on May
21St, 1973, by RANDALL C.
AMBROSE, as Grantor, to
MARGARET N. HARWELL
and WILLIAM LOVEJOY
HARWELL, Griffin, Georgia,
as Grantees, and recorded in
Deed Bood 343, page 213, public
records of Spalding Superior
Court, and by virtue of default
in payment of the indebtedness
herein mentioned, which has
made the aforesaid power of
sale operative and effective, the
undersigned will sell at public
outcry before the Courthouse
door in Griffin, Spalding
County, Georgia, on the first
Tuesday in November, 1975,
during the legal hours of sale, to
the highest bidder for cash, the
property described in said
Security Deed, to wit:

by the Governor April 17th,
1975, a Referendum is hereby
called for the purpose of
submitting said Act to the
electors of Spalding County.
Said Referendum to be held
November 4th, 1975, at the usual
time and places for voting.
The Ballot shall have written
or printed thereon the words.
"( ) Yes Shall the Act
increasing the size of the Board
of Commissioners of Spalding
Coujty to five members,
providing for the election and
terms of the members, and
providing for the election by the
board of commissioners.
( ) No. of a chairman, be
approved:"
All persons desiring to vote
for approval of the Act shall
vote "Yes", and those persons
desiring to vote for rejection of
the Act shall vote "No". If more
than one-half of the votes cast
on such question are for
approval of the Act, it shall
become of full force and effect,
otherwise it shall be void and of
no force and effect.
