Contract, if awarded; will be
on a lump sum basis. No bid
may be withdrawn for a period
of 30 days after time has been

Bids must be accompanied by a
bid bond in an amount not less
than 5 percent of the base bid.
Both a performance and a
payment bond will be required
in an amount equal to 100
percent of the contract price.
The Owner reserves the right
