A considerable portion of this Lottery is put up in parcels of 20 Tickets, embracing all the combination numbers, from one to sixty, which parcels are warranted to draw at least 54 dollars less the deduction of 15 per cent, with so many chances for the cap ital prizes. The peculiar advantages of this scheme, are, that it has tiro highest prizes—the number of Capitals is unusually large for the amount nf cash to be disposed of in pri zes, (171,100 Dollars) and the price cornea within the means of every man.
