The procession will halt and open to the right and left, to allow the rear of the procession to pass through. The Masons on entering, will wheel to the yiglit, ii nd pass along the circlo and around it, until the lending officer gains ground sufficient for the whole procession to enter, when the Masons and the Monument Com mittee, will form on the west of the Monu ment, and the remainder of the procession will arrange themselves on the east near ihe railing oftlio Square. 1.
