Stolen,
F ROM the pocket of the subscriber, on
the day of the arrival of General La
fayette in this city, supposed soon after his
landing on the Bluff, a Pocket Book, con
taining a little over five hundred dollars in
bank noteB. The notes were principally
small, with the exception of two of fifty dol
lars each,supposed to be on the Savannah
Banks. A liberal reward will be paid for
the recovery ofthe money.
