of Morcurv, fee. fee.—n has atso been found
useful in Diseases of the Liver.
In a'l disorders arising from an impure or
contaminated state uf the Bloody it will be
found a powerful and an effectual remedy.—
The discovery of this mt-d'cme has been the
effect of long and attentive study, and it is
now made public from the most decided .con
viction, founded o i ample experience, of its
power in era'limiting those diseaies,q/fer every
other medicine hat failed.
It cannot, however, be supposed, that this
i*iaACK4 wiil invariably cure—the most es-
eemed medicines, employed by the Faculty,
will ofieufuil in the very diseases for which
they are considered specifics; but if the use of
it be persevered in, it will radically remove at*
mrst every causefof the disorders specifud.
Thousands are lingering under those com
plaint i, in some form, sinking to the g r sve,
•v it limit a remedy, whom this medicine would
certainly restore to perfect health and vigour.
I ! s safety and innocence have been fully ter -
jd, so that it may be administered to the ten*

•dmit, that a more imporiaut discovery in me-*
dical science has not been made ; and to use
the language of one of the most eminent Pro-
feasors of the age, it ii a tt iuntph in the healing
art. To the present and rising general ions,
tne benefit mua* prove incalculable, not only
by saving many many valuable lives, but im
parting strength and soundness to dbilitaed
and corrupted constitutions,-thereby presort)
ing their offspring from hereditary diseases. -
These facts, toge'i.er with the numerous cures
made, form irresiible proof of the high value
of this remedy. No one, however, is prised
»o take it, without first fuliy convincing him
self of the truth of what is here stated, and
the rectitude of tbe Pm prietor** intentions.
The cures performed in this city alone, es
tablish its superior virtue oo a basis mo solid
to be affected by the m^lign’ty of the envious.
I is worthy of remark, that the greater part
of the patients who have been permanently
cut ed, ha**, previous to the proprietor** un
dertaking them, received theab'est assistance
and several were abandoned by their PhyBt
cisns, as being beyond the retch of human
skill. Such ii the f et, and io extraordinary
so 're many of 4he C ten, that an ex/iih tion was
made of them in the University of Penmylvm

wonders in the heating art. It lias been intro-

such were its surprising effects—its success
after al other medicines had faded, that the
Surgeon of the Pennsylvani*|Hopital, Dr.Wm
Pi ice, was induced to abandon his highly
respectable offic , from the laudable design
of b'snefitting h.s fellow creatures, bv carry
ing the Panacea to England ; where it has al
ready superseded the use of the genuine
French Rob of Lafacteur in a number of in
stances, m diseases for which that is intended,
and its virtues are publicly acknowledge by
some of the most eminent surgeons there.
.- In all complicated cases of Scofulu and Sy

Dear Sir—You expressed a wish that I
would gives concise statement of my si iTcr-

the present propitious stage of my dtse.se ’
About live years ago, on my passage from
Bnrdeatts, during the mouth of January, from
imprudent exposure on deck, 1 was seised
with a violent fever. Having no medical at-
-endnntson board, I wat compelled to bear
it, as 1 m-ght for two weeks, when on my ar-
rival at Charleston, S. C. it was treated as
fyphus. The skill of my Phyaician aubdmd
th- fever, hut Phattix-like, tne termination
of this gave ria to a disease equally dishes-
ing, and which, till now. I had thought incut •
able. Various abscesses made (bet • unwel
come appearance, particularly on the joints,
which were rwe-led to an enormous size.—
These gradually subsided into hard tu-nois,

hone—sir incision was now made and a large
evacuation cfnus, mixed with pieces uf bone
took place. In addition to Htis, J suffered (he
most inert tenting pains it, my joints that mat:
ever experienced Every thing thst was

ved to aggravate the Jisesse, the aeverity of
which increased with every succeeding yrnr
Such was mv painful si-ustion that I dettpuire t

to dimmish, snd auoo ceased altogether, the
ulcer from whence it proceeded being com
plclelv healed. The tumors, for the removal
of which I have tried in vain more remedies
than I can name, are rapidly decreasing ; my
appetite, which was gone, lias returned —I an
tit fact, nearly well, and feel confident that a
few buttles more of your, (to me) invaluable
medicine, will m-kc me prnectly so.

Siu—In consequence of imprudent expos
tire four vears ago. I had the misfortune 1 n be
come tffl'cted with a diaesra, the painful re
hulls ol which induced me to apply in suc
cession to several respectable physicians of
this city, from whom, however, I received
cither no relief, or from whose remedies 1 re.
cetved another complaint quite aa distressing
hs the former. My whole syste n became ef
fected. I could get no rest at night bn ac
count of the violent pain that I felt in every
part of my body; the weakness and e nacia
tion of which was such that I could icarcoly
walk. In this state I fortunately heard uf
your vegetable catholicon—four bottles of
which, has completely restored me, I have
■tow no pain; my appetite is good / and m>
strength restored With many thanka for
the relief your medicine baa given me, I am

Sir—I am now, thanka to your medicine, a
hearty mar. For nearly six years 1 have been
a martyr to a disease, whose ravages threat
ened, if not soon stopped, to put a period to
my existence. Having had no regular medi
cal advice from the commencement, my
complaint at last got to such a height that!
could not awalloar without great pain and
difficulty. Tumors formed in different parta
of my body, and I began to think my situation
almost desperate. Tbe five boltles of the
Catholicon which I have taken have com
pletely cured me, indl am now aa well te I
