Inasmuch then as this fatal disease frequently bills defi ance to the skill ofthe most learned physici ans, it is a gratification to the proprietor that he is enabled to ofter to those afflicted with * goodly prospect of relief, in that highly valuable remedy, the Vegetable Indian Speci fic. The Indians are happy in their know ledge of medical plant*» governed wholly Hy experience, they areceruin as to their cnee., and it it mid by an author of great character, that a true consumption is a disease .never kiiown among them. This Specific is obtained hy extraction from herbs, roots flowers, plants &c. when in per fection.
