Hordealix, during the month of January, from
imprudent exposure on deck, I waa seized
with a violent fover. Haying no medial at-

it, as I might tbf two weeks, when on my ar
rival at Charleston, S.G.it wu treated aa

of this gave rise to a diieaae equally distress

which ware swelled to an enormous sise.—
Theae gradually subsided into bard tumora,

evacuation of pui, piiaed with placet of bone
took place, in addition to this, I suffered the
moat eacruoiating paint in my juinta that man
ever experienced. Every tuing that waa
administered either gave meno relief or att-
ved to aggravate the disease, the severity ef
which incraased with every succeeding year.
Such waa my paioful aituataon that I despaired
of ever being rostored to my heal'h; Ihad
not onlr tried the regular meant of relief,
but used, though in vain, every popular rem

of which I have tried in vain more remedies
than I can name, are rapidly decreasing ; my
appetite, which waa gone, has returned—I anr
in fact, nearly well, and feel confident that a
few bottles more ofyour, (to me) invaluable
medicine, will make me pcrleetly so.
