Fromtlie failure of very many executant,
administrators and guardians, to settle their
respective accounts in this Court, within
the period designated by law, vis. on the
first Monday in January next, after the
dato of their respective letters, to eettle a
first account, end another account on the
first Monday in every succeeding January,
until their respective executorship), admin
istrations or guardianships shall be conclud
ed or cease :—It is therefor* ordered by
the Court, 1 that emtimonaea be issued to and
served on’all delinquents who (ballfail to
appear before the Clerk of this Court, at
hie Office, and eettle their respective' ac
count!, on or before the first Monday in
January next,'as it is the determination
of the Court to enforce strictly the injunc
tions of the law in all etich cases.
It is further directed, that this order he
