A T a meet ing of the Justices of the In ferior Court of Chatham Oonnty, for ordinary purposes, at the Court-flouse In Savannah, on Monday the seventh day of November, 1825— From the failure of very many executors, administrators and giiardiaus, to settle their respective accounts in this Court, within the period designated by law. six, on the first Monday in January next, after the dalo of their respective letters, to settle o first account, add another account on the first Monday in every' succeeding January until their respective executorships, admin istraliuns or guardianships shall be connlud ed or oease ;—It is therefore ordered by the Court, that summonses be issued to and served on all delinquents who shall fail to appear before the Clerk of . this Court, at liis Office, and settle their respective ac counts, on or before the first Monday in January near, as it is the determination of the Court to enforce strictly the injunc lions of the law in all such case*.
