A T a meeting of the Justices of the In-
ferior Court of Chatham Connty, for
ordinary purposes, at the Court-House in
Savannah, on Monday the seventh day of
November, 1825—
From the failure of very many executors,
administrators and guardians, to settle their
respective accounts in this Court, within
the period designated by law, viz. on the
fint Monday in January next, after the.
date of their respective letters, to settle a
first account, and another account on the
first Monday in every succeeding January,
until their respective executorships, admin
istrations or guardianships shall be conclud -
ed or ceaae It ia therefore ordered f
the Court, that summonses be issued to si
served oh all delinquents who shall foil io
appear before the Clerk of this Court, it
his Office, and settle their respective ac
counts, on or before the firat Monday in
January next, as it is the determination
of the Court to enforce strictly the injunc
tions of the law in all such case*.
It is further directed, that this order he
inserted in all the papers printed in the city
of Savannah, twice a month, uutil the fint
day of January next, and that a copy be
posted at the door of the Conrt-House.

The report of the Treasurer having been
read, the following resolutions wav* (hereup,

1. That the Secretary be authorized to sd^

designs of the monuments, proposed to bo
erected in Johosoo and Chippewa Squares, in
