Rodion* of tho first article, anil die first and
third eeotions of tho third orticloof the
Constitution of this Stale.
Whereas n part oftho third scolinn of the
first article of tho Constitution is i*. the lol
lowing Words, to wit.- “Tho Senate shell
bo elecicd annually.” A part of Bsvonth
section of tho first article in the following
words—” Thu Representatives shall be
olioseu annually.” And a phrl oftbo twelfth
auction of the first arliolo, is in tho following
wurds—" The mooting oftho General As
sembly shall be annually.”
And whereat, o part of the first flection of
tlm third article, is in tho following worda,
to wit: •• The Judges of lho Superior Courts
•hall be elected for tho form of three yeara,”
And a part or the third auction of tho third
articlo, ia in tho billowing words—“ there
aliall be a State’s Attorn. y and Solicitors ap
pointed by the Legislature, and commission
ed by thu Corenor, who shall held tho offices
