BOWNE, Druggi.-t. nov 15 Smets’ building- of tho All Healing Ointment was attended with immediate cessation of pain. Her face however, began to swell, and tlio surface was covered over - with pimples of eruption like prickly heat. Ju one day all this disappeared. About tho sanm time, a lady made apnlication with it for thu headache of long stuuding, mid a falling of tub hair. The Ointment cured her headache, and restored her hair. Since this, 1 have known tint Ointment to cure cases of toii, twenty and forty years standing. I hesitate not to say. that it h almost an infallible remedy for this complaint. About this time there were two cases, one of Consumption, and the other of Scrofula, which had lmfiled the skill of every physician who pros cribed'. It was wonderful tit witness Ihc cfiectijf tlio Ointment on these persons. No one would belie ve it unless they had pcrsortiilly witnessed it. But it did the work properly. There wns no half way business, for they recovered their health in u few mouths. Rheumatism, Fever, Qiiinzy, Sorp Throat,.Cu taneous Eruption*, diseases of the 8pine, and Nervous Complaints were treated with unheard of success. But in Gln>t di.iense*, such as Asm* p.iin mill onpriw «iou, I believe there is no bet ter reirtedy. Also, the common diseases, such a* Ulcer Sores, Scald Head, lluiuorw of tho Skin, liill.iuiiiiation, Files, More Eye*, Mprain*, llruises, and Burns, it seems to be a perfect antidote.— l’coplc would come into tlio store smiling, wish ing to know if I was really the .Seventh .Son, or whether the Ointment that I gave them was indeed all-healing ill its nature. For said they, not ono single apnlication ha* failed to cure. Liver Gomplaint, particularly, was treated with great and universal success. It produced such good results ill all cases that it lias been noised abroad, mid I was offered sums of money for a receipt to make it for private use merely. Every man spoke well of it, as it had doneso much good. Not withstanding all, I have boon careful not to recoiillneud it, except incases I knew it would do good. 1 was never willing to lend myself to any thing without iir.'t testing it* merit*. This I en deavor to do on every occasion, and when I acted as one of the Sick Committee in the Lodge of I. O. of 0. F. I thou tested it upon Brothers in tlm most critical conditions, and hud abundant uppur tunity of proving it* worth. And, in conclusion, I would remark that I have placed this Ointment before tlio people in the U. Sint.;* during the hist ilincor twelve months, und so gi iiornl lm* been tho satisfaction, mid so great amount of good done, b„|f u mill. ion of boxes have already been old. i Uo believe there uetei u mi>die : nn wlucli gamed sucli widespread, universal aud unanimous satis faction as tlie All-Uculiug Ointment. From nil part* of the land there have come up ono d< op, sincere mid universal voice of approbation saying “McAlister thy tongue Initli dropjjr d the word of trnthiind love, while lie.ilth forever attend* thy foot steps.” And were I now 1o give ell thegoo"] sayings of the people, their unqualified approval, their thankfulness and gratitude, their joy' at iccoV cring from disease and sickness, I could fill u volume.
