HAMBURGH, Oct. 22.—Vory little business

pillar under the sill, on which is to be laid 2 inch
plank, spiked down.

tho above work until it shall hnvu been comple
ted, inspected nnd approved by tho Collector and
Superintendent of Lights at Savaunali, or such
personas he shall appoint for the purpose; tho
whole to he completed in a workmanlike manner
on or hufura the first day of August or sooner if
