acres, granted to William Moore on tho 31st day
of December 1836, and sold at Sheriffs Sulo on
3d day of August, 1841, and purchased hy E. M.
Moore, and convoyed hy tho said E. M. Moore to
James Moore on said 3d August 1841; the sliapn,
marks mid boundaries of which wiilnppeur by tho
plat of tho saiuo.

acres, and hounded by Jacob Mooro’s Lund, ou
tho north, the estate of Juuics Moore’s Laud on
tho oust, south uud west by James Fort’s Laud,
granted to William Mooru on the 17ll» day of May,
1837, and purchased at HliorifT’s Sulo on the 3d
August, 1841, by E. M. Mooru, and subsequently,
on tho 3d day of August 1841, convoyed hy buuI
E. M. Moore to James Moore; tlio sliupo, murks
and boundaries of which will appear by thu plat of

taining 350 acres, (being composed of tlio south
moiety ufa tract of Land granted to. Jacob Moere,
in November, 1769, for 400 acres, and tlio south
moiety of ono othor tract lyiug adjacent thuruto,
and granted to James Moore on tho 14th Juno,
1790, for 300 acres) bounded north by tlio north
