acres, granted to William Moore oil the 31st day
of December 1836. and sold at Sheriff’s Sale on
3d day of August, 1841, nnd purchased by E. M.
Moore, and convoyed by tho said E. M. Moore to
James Moore on said 3d August 1811; the shupo,
murks and boundaries of which will appear by Uie
plat of the same.
Also, all that other traet of Lund,containing217
acres, and bounded by Jacob Moore’s Laud, on
the north, the estate of James Moore’s Land on
the oast, south and west by James Fort’s Land,
granted to William Moore en the 17th day of May,
J837, and purchased at Sheriff *s Sale on tho 3d
August, 1841, by E. M. Moore, and subsequently,
on the 3d duy of August 1841, convoyed by said
E. M. Moore to James Moore; Uie shape, murks
and boundaries of which will appear by Uie plat of
the siinie.
Also, all that other tract or parcel of Land, con
taining 350 acres, (being composed of the south
moiety of a tract of Land granted to Jncob Moore,
iu November, 1769, for 400 acres, und the soutii
moiety of ono other tract lying adjacent thereto,
and granted to James Moore on the 14th June,
1790, for 300 acres) bounded north hy the north
ern imitates of Raid tracts of land, west by Lands of
Jacob Moore,south by the estate of James Moore’s
Land, and cast by marshes and creeks, having
Hiicbsbnpe, marks and boundaries os will appear
by reference to the plat uimexed to said grant.
Also, all that other tract of Laud granted to Ja
cob Moore on the 28th November, 1822, contain
ing 4954 acres, bounded east by William Moore’s
Laud, southwest by un old survey, northwest by
vacant Innd, nnd 'southeast by James Moore's
land,und conveyed by Jacob Moore to Mary 11.

October, 1835, and having such shape, marks und
boundaries as will appear by the plat annexed to
said grant.
