D R. TAYLOR’S BALSAM Ot; LIVER
WORT.—That this medicine should ac
quire so rntt'sh notoriety is not at all strange when
we tube into consideration the vast number tiiat
are cured hy it* uao. For mauy years it has
proved so astonishingly successful at the North, that
nenrly ovory family retain it in tlioir house as an
tidote to colds, coughs und consumption.
That no other urticle possesses the same merit*
is equally true, aud tiie consumptive learns thut
he can depend upou this medicine when all other*
have proved worthless. There i* not a doubt but
thousands ore yearly cured by this Inestimable
mudiciue, and iu many instances whero those
given up to die, have in an iuc’dible short time been
entirely cured hy it* unrivalled efficacy. The fol-
lowing remarkable case of consumption was
cured by this Balsam of Liverwort. As you
value life and health and would be cured, at once
resort to this article, and rest assured you will iiot
resort in vain—but read and judge for yoursolfi
Interesting cure of Consumption and Liver
Complaint.—I hud a violent cough, with raising
of ptilegm, a severe pain iu my side, back,
stomach, and across my bowels. I was so cold nt
times, it seemed impossible to keep warm, even
when others were complaining ot the hnnt, and
my skin was very yellow. I fell owny to skin and
bones, my veins sunk in nnd became invisible, und
every person supposed mo dying. A friend of
mino recommended me to try Dr. Taylor’s Balsam
of Liverwort, which I got. as my physician did
me no good, and this medicine soon restored
me to good health again.
J. Kavamaok,
Ship Carpenter, 640 Water-street.
Although thousands are cured hy Dr. Taylor's
Bnlsuiu of Liverwort, and as mauy still die of thut
fatal malady, the causo is plain, neglect your first
symptoms, and than trifle with things of no use
until it is too late, dontli follows. But every
oue can he cured if they will. Tuko this medi
cine at the first upproach of tho insidious foe, aud
you will be easily cured. Yet this medicine bus
cured consumption in advanced stages, as the
testimonials below will prove. But the surest
way is not to defer, a* ."delays are alwhy* dan
gerous."
Consumption Cured.—My sou having a violent
cold, used to cough violently, raising quantities
of thick putrid . matter, and finally lie could not
turn over in bed, from weakness. He manifest
ed every symptom of confirmed consumption.
For 6 years he had been subject to the asthma.
His physicians, Drs. Vermoule and Anderson,
said ho was incurable nnd must soon die. Yeti
was determined to try Dr. Tuyior's Balsam of
Liverwort, nnd strange as it may appear, this
mcdioiuo ha* fully restored his houlth.
Bo phi a Gai.lox, 14 Norfoik-st.
Asthma Cured.—I have su tie red from the
Asthma o very long time, and have used every
medicine I could obtain for its cure in vain, until
I tried Dr. Taylor’* Balsam of Liverwort. This
medicine lias afforded me most manifest benefit,
and is. in my opiuion, a euro for this distressing
disease; more especially, as I know of many
cas*s among my friend*, wliere.it has heen highly
successful. Persons intoroated are invited to call
at my residence for further information.
Mns. 8. Rutom,2I8 Laurens-ct.
We might give hundreds of testimonial* from
Physicians, tho press, clergy, and thoso who have
been cured, but ull we desire i* to call tho attention
of the afflicted, and for thoir owu good they will
try it.
Look out for counterfeits! Always observe the
