EXTRACT OF SARSAPARIi.LA AND
QUEEN’S DELIGHT. —For Purifying the
Blood, and removing all diseases arising from the
impurity of the Kama, and is especially recom
mendedfor the Cure of Rheumatism, Scrofula,
Erysipelas, Ulceration of the Throat aud Legs,
Pains and Swellings of tho Bones, Tetter, Pim-
ulus in tho Face, Old Sores, end ull Cutaneous
Eruptions, Neuralgic Affections, Mercurial Dis
eases, nnd for assisting tho operation ami prevent-:
ing fatal consequences of Mercurials in Syphilis.
This preparation (by adding Queen’s Delight,
Ac. to the Sarsaparilla,) combines in a more
perfect degree than any known remedy, tonic
and alterative power*.; and is highly recommend
ed by eminent Physicians. It is prepared in con
sequence, of the recommendation givon by Dr.
H. R. Frost, Prof, of Muteria Medico, in the
Medical College of Charleston, S. C., iu hi* work
on Materia Medina, nnd concentrated by a pro
cess of the subscriber's to render it more conve
nient for administration.
It is the hestrumudy known for scrofulous af
fection:,. Holes, nnd breakings out in young chil
dren, and is safe and efficacious ill removing
every trace of hurodery disease* from the system
of the tenderest infant; in fuel, in all cutaneous
affections it is invaluable. As a general purifier
of the blood, aud au erudiuutor of .all obstinate
diseu8.es, this preparation'will undoubtedly take
the precedence of ail other remedies. It gently
operates upon aud regulate* the bowels, restore*
to the blond its wonted purity, gives tone to the
stomach, aud promotes digestion. Few families
are exempt from scorbutic affections, which ex
hibit various aymptoms, as eruptions, ulcerations,
debility,' loss of apnetito aud digestion, all arising
from impure biuod, and if mil properly attended
to, nre sure to produce the greatest injury to the
constitution.
There are few cases of chronic rheumatism thnt
will not yield to tho influence of Sarsaparilla and
Queen’s Delight, if duly persevered, especially
if taken in conjunction with hydr. of potash. A
ttia-Rpooulul of it solution of tho Kamo may bo ta
ken along with every dose of Sarsaparilla.
For tho composition of this preparation, and
the medicinal properties of the Qneen's Delight,
