immediate cessation of pain. Her face however,
began to swell, and die surf.ro was covered over
with pimples of eruption like prickly heat. It:

time, a lady made application with it for tlio
headache of long standing, and a filling of the
hair. Tue Ointment cured her headache, and
restored her hair. Since this, i have known the
Ointment to euro eases often, twenty mid forty
years st in,ling. 1 hesitate not to say. that it is
almost an iutulliblo rontody for this complaint.
About tins time there were two cues, one ol
Consumption, and the other of Scrofula. which
had bulled the skill of every physician who pres
cribed. It was wonderful to witness the effect of
the Oiutinent on these persons. No ouo would
belief* it unless the/ had personally witnessed it.

few months.

Livfr Complaint,.particularly, was treated with
great aud universal success.
It produced such good results in nil cn<cs that it
has beenuoised abroad, and I was offered sums of
meaty for a receipt to make it for private use
merely. Every null spoke well of it, as it had
done so much good.
Not withstanding all, I have been careful not to
recommend it, except incases 1 knew it would do
8 ood. I was uever willing to lend myself to any
ling without first testing its merits. This I en
deavor to do on every occadou. and when I acted
mod critical conditions, and had ubuudantoppor
tunity of proving its worth.
