preceding day, their authenticity was generally
discredited, and holders showing more anxiety to

Friday morning Ibuud a good inquiry until the
arrival of the mail with telegraphic reports of the
arrival of the Hibernia with Liverpool dates to
tho doth ult. On receipt of this nows all busitioss

sales of the day did not exceed 200 bales. Sat
urday was again a quiet day—a few scattering
sales, amounting in all to about &00 bales, were
made ut irregular rates. Monday roino holders
