factoring Alcohol (for Mediciuul purposes only,)
from the Sour Orange, a fruit common in the
States of South Carolina, Georgia and Floridu,
which could be delivered at either of the above
named ports at a trifling expense. The process
was lately discovered by him, and so rapid iu its
operation that u barrel can be distilled iutheshort
space of Ten to Fifteen Minutes
This Alcohol has been pronounced by modi-
cnl gentlemen of Savannah, New York and Phila
delphia.to be superior to any now iu uso for me
dicinal purposes. Certificates from the first Phy
