John Newby is abmit 22 years of age, 5 feet 4
or 5 inches high, light complexion, light hair,
well set, and had on when he went off a black
coat and pantaloons, drab greatcoat; and took
w itli him a large yellow boll dog, which it is
presumed be will keep with hint—Negro I’enny,
who went off with him, is about 30 )ears old,
quite black, 5 feet 5 or 6 inches high, well mad#,
walks brisk, and speaks quick when spoken to.
The Horse is about 6 years old, between 14 and
15 hands high, an iron grey; his natural trot
rather sluggish for so young a horse. The Chair
